There is strength n union. A group is stronger than the sum total of all the individual members put together. This is a proven fact that has been proven over the history of humanity. If people join together, they are more powerful than if they work by themselves..When some people united to make a group or union, they feel more powerful and strong than they were in individual situations. And this feeling of power and confidence increases their physical and mental strength. This nation has several examples of unity when it has been proved that “Union is strength”. We all realize and accept the power of unity and by being united no one can harm us at the social, physical or financial levels. History proves that without unity no war can be won whether in the case of India’s Independence from British rule or in the case of several wars that happened among various kings in India.
However, Unions demand a certain level of discipline. It is not always that every individual in the group agrees with a chosen pathway. These choices are often made by the decision of the majority. There surely be someone who does not agree. It is here that the strength of the union is tested to the core.
The strength of a union, its unity is also its Achilles heel. If members do not stick to the decisions of the group and choose to take a stand against it then the group falls apart. In fact, the strength then becomes the most profound weakness. This becomes even more so if there is a level of secrecy. The person disagreeing is likely to leak secrets to any opposing groups and thus creating a pathway of failure for the entire group.
One thing that such people have to remember is that, they will also have plans of their own and need the support of a group behind you. It is when such failures hit you on the face that you realise the pain of being betrayed. Ultimately BETRAYAL is what it is.
