When Diego Maradona lobbed the ball into the net, with his hand, he called it the “Hand of God”. Today this term is associated with the game of football and a legend who epitomized it.

However, to those who believe, the divine hand of God materializes in a myriad ways, in their everyday lives. Divinity is a mystery, a secret of the universe that is scarcely understood by human beings. Seeking out its truth is beyond the reach of men. The best way to reach is to believe. And the best way to express belief is prayer.

Simplistic as it sounds, it is perhaps the most profound communication that we have ever happened upon. The simple act of submission, the request in all humility, the belief that the need will be taken care of, and the very simplicity of this process is its complexity too. How can a prayer uttered in your mind reach the Ultimate Power that be? This is a question that mankind will never get an answer for. And just as well…..
