Sincerity is one part of your character that truly puts you in the league. It wells, nether from thoughts or emotions, it comes straight from the roots of your character. This is one character that is most often pretended, and most often seen through. With sincerity comes commitment.

The only limit to your impact in life is your commitment. Sincere commitment fears nothing. It goes forth, beyond barriers, otherwise insurmountable. Society can be temporarily impressed with words and shows, but it stays impressed only with sincere activities.

We watch countless pretenses of various values and virtues every day. Social media is a great platform for these pretenses. You see processions of proclaimed values on the social media, every minute. Even appreciations are insincere and false. Love of nature, old values, history all have takers by the dozen, and always come with a selfie completing the package. And the queer fact is that these posts receive equally insincere likes.

Commitment to a cause, with deepest of sincerity, comes with no strings attached. The only takeaways would be the satisfaction of seeing the result achieved. That probably is one reason why sincerity has few takers.

Mankind has moved from sincerity to all, through sincerity to one’s own group and later on to one’s family only. Today he is sincere not even to himself, but to his money. Society is being taken for rough rides by insincere leaders and administrators, student being taught by insincere teachers, friends by false friends, lovers by loveless lovers. The world is now filled with empty words and insincere promises. We may soon reach an era when nothing can be trusted – if we are not already there!
