How happy are you? Have you ever considered the level of happiness you feel? Other than abstracts like very, no one really quantifies happiness. One thing that is certain is that, every human wants to be happy and stay happy.
However quantifying happiness, maybe on a scale of 1 to 10, can actually help you be happier. It helps you put a value to the causes that made you happy. It would also give you a choice of creating of being in situation that will make you happy.
How much is too much. Happiness is a responsive emotion, it stems from you like or dislike for an event or situation in your life. It actually slows down your alertness and creativity. Perhaps the emotion that is least beneficial is happiness. Too much, in fact can be boring too.
Life need to be a mixture of happiness, sorrow, fear, anger and reflection. It is only when we go through the entire gamut of emotions that we learn to appreciate the values of happiness.
Happiness is when what you think, say and do are in perfect harmony. Ideally happiness is about your level of contentment and is the fruit of your deeds. If you find contentment in the little things, stay truthful in your relations, say what you mean, you do not have to travel to Finland to be happy……
